Excellent shirts, terrific artwork, even better proprietor!

I contacted Jamai when another custom shirt company did not answer my emails after placing an order. It was less than three weeks before Christmas. I sent my pic in and within a few days I had the proof available. It looked great, but I had some tweaks to request. Jamai was very accommodating, and did several revisions on the artwork until it was perfect. And I do mean perfect! It was hard for me to describe changes to an embroidered picture, but Jamai seemed to know exactly what I wanted and the little things he changed made all the difference.

AND he sent my four shirts out in time for me to wrap them for Christmas! He really seems to love what he does and it shows in his work.

Finally, the shirts themselves are very soft and high quality. I’m so grateful I found Jamai and Animal Instincts!

The custom embroidery was such a big hit as Christmas presents this year! Everything about the product from color options, working with Jamai on design, and the actual feel and look of the shirt was perfect.
